Enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful Sellin on the island of Rügen. Our quiet 57 sqm holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a view of Lake Sellin. The AHOI swimming pool is right next to the holiday complex and can be used free of charge for up to 3 hours a day. The Baltic Sea and the beautiful beach are approximately 900 m away. Shopping facilities are right outside the door. The holiday apartment has a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping area with a kitchen. A TV with 3 Sky channels and free Wi-Fi round out the excellent furnishings. Our apartment includes a parking space (entrance height 1.8 m) in the underground garage, which can be used free of charge. In the evening, you can relax and watch the sunset on the balcony at the end of the day.

To ensure you can rest well after a wonderful day, we offer two pillows with different firmness levels, and the bedroom can be darkened with blackout curtains.

The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. To ensure a smooth departure after your stay, we ask that you return the key to our apartment by 10:00 AM. Before your departure, we ask that you thoroughly air the apartment and empty the dishwasher and trash cans.

Bed linen and towels are available for an additional charge.

Final cleaning costs €110.00. A security deposit of €200.00 is required, which will be refunded within 5 business days after departure if no complaints are found.

The tourist tax must be paid on site at the tourist information office.
