House Rules for Apartment 705

Welcome, dear guests!

- To ensure your comfort and that of future guests, we kindly ask you to observe a few important guidelines.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Should you wish to indulge in this pleasure, you are welcome to do so on the balcony.

- Please treat all furnishings and equipment with care. No one intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen. Please report any damage to the landlord immediately so they can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. You are liable for the replacement cost of any damage.

- Please dispose of your hygiene products (wet wipes, cotton swabs, sanitary napkins, etc.) properly in the designated bins to avoid blockages (do not flush down the toilet).

- Should you find anything missing in your apartment or require assistance, please contact the landlord.

- In the interest of good neighborly relations, quiet hours must be observed from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. These hours apply to the entire complex, both inside and outside the apartment.

- Never give your apartment key or the key to the underground parking garage to anyone else. Any loss of the keys must be reported immediately; you, as the guest, are liable for the replacement costs.

The following points must be observed on the day of departure:

- Start airing out your apartment in good time.

- Wash your dishes thoroughly with hot water and dish soap, and dry them carefully before putting them away.

- Empty the dishwasher and leave the door slightly ajar to prevent unpleasant odors.

- Take all trash to the designated trash room. Remote controls and other small items should be returned to their proper places.

- Please leave bed linens and any rented towels in the apartment's entrance area.

- The apartment should be left swept clean; please feel free to use the vacuum cleaner.

- Close the windows before leaving the apartment.

- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

- The keys should be left in the key safe.

Should you fail to comply with the aforementioned points, we reserve the right to invoice you for any additional expenses incurred due to unreasonable circumstances.
